New Modern Wood Prints!

I've wanted to create a line of modern art prints for a long time. I finally came across the idea of printing on sustainably harvested maple veneer! Each print is finished with non-toxic wax for protection and sheen. This is just the start of the collection - designs are only limited by me so there will be many more coming quickly. Also customized prints with names and saying - send any ideas my way!

They are available in two sizes:
  • 5" x 7" image - Size with mat 8" x 10" - Archival mat included!
  • 8" x 10" image - Size with mat 11" x 14" - Archival mat included!
NO Frame is included at this time, but the prints are matted and fit in standard sized frames.

Modern Wood Prints make wonderful gifts at only $18 for 5" x 7" and $28 for the 8" x 10"!

Scrap Wood Art...WOW!

I discovered this amazing wood art on Etsy.com - it is created by the Denver artist CDeK. The art is made with wood scraps and discarded yard waste - so it is very eco-friendly! The pieces are so beautiful with wonderful organic colors and textures. I love how something as simple as scrap wood can be created into art. At first sight, all I said was WOW - now that's art!

Eco-Friendly, GRAPHIC Wall Prints

Today as I was searching for an eco-friendly product to write about, I came across "Bold and Noble". They have created wonderful hand silk screen prints, which are printed on recycled card. I was taken in by the color and graphic nature of their prints. I think their work can speak for itself!

Add DIMENSION and ART to your walls

Think outside the box when looking for wall art. Here are a few unique examples that really got me thinking about our walls and how they act as a backdrop to our environment. Why not be different and bold! Be sure to comment and add your own unique ideas for striking wall art!

I love these paintable wall flats from inhabit living. They are made with 100% molded bamboo paper pulp with no chemicals or additives. You can cover an entire wall or group them as art. Great texture and no other art is needed because the wall is the art!

What a beautiful statement this 3D flower makes. It is made entirely of fabric and created by a textile designer Lorna Syson. It is 47" in diameter - WOW it would look great over a bed or sofa or anywhere you need to add color and wonderful focal point. I can't stop looking at it!

Words are always a meaningful way to add art to your home. This colorful word art is from Viva Terra - the letters are created with misprinted soda, juice, and soup can metal - so mistakes can be made into something fun!
